National Art Honor Society

  • The National Art Honor Society was established in 1978 by The National Art Education Association to recognize high school art students who have shown outstanding ability and interest in the arts. Here at Fox Lane High School, our local chapter 2949 seeks to honor those studetns who have shown exceptional effort and growth in their art classes. If a student is enrolled in an art class and chooses to participate in the art honor society for the school year, there are various important meetings, art community service activities, and many events celebrating the arts throughout the year that the student must participate in. If all the society requirements are fully met, the student will have the opportunity to be officially inducted during a formal ceremony at the end of the school year in the spring.
